SISPAN: Get Active Together

Project Summary:
We worked with the PE & School Sports Network to invite 12 neurodiverse teens aged 14-18 to learn aerial hoop, slings and silks one per week for 14 weeks.

Overrall Aims:
Many of the children didn't regularly exercise, nor did they enjoy sports at school. We wanted to teach them that exercise can be fun and get them out of their comfort zone; encoraging them to try new forms of exercise.
